Beautiful, Flawless Brides…
Hey peeps, hows everyone this morning?
Its super busy here at Mr & Mrs Unique, with our huge Spring/Summer photo shoot at the incredible Aynhoe Park this week!
However today I wanted to share with you this fab bridal hair and make up shoot put together by Team Glam. Team Glam are a bridal hair and makeup team based in Essex but they work all over the country.
At the end of last year they came together as 8 freelancers to inspire real brides for hair and makeup for their own wedding days.
Carla Brooks one of the MUA’s on the photo shoot fills us in with their concept and inspiration:
‘The idea of the shoot is to create a short film and a selection of shots to show how a group of hair and make-up specialists work together to create beautiful, flawless brides.
The concept of all our shoots is to inspire real brides for their own weddings by showcasing our skills.
The inspiration for this shoot came from the use of flower walls, we often work with flowers in our shoots but we wanted something that was very creative to give the wow factor.

We wanted to go slightly Avent Garde with this shoot, but not so over the top that real brides couldn’t relate to our work.
The colours and styles were chose to compliment the flower wall and give fresh summery feel. The main focus on makeup was the use of pinks for eyes, cheek and lips. The focus on the hair was ‘oversized’ larger then life styles.’
