Woodland Brides…
Today we share with you a mystical woodland bridal shoot that celebrates all things autumnal and magical. A huge thank you to Emma from Best Day Ever Ceremonies and her team for sharing it with us….

I come up with the idea that I wanted to do a same sex shoot in the woods. I LOVE woodlands and wanted to do a edgy style woodland bride and a princess bride because the venue has 2 sides to it, woods and stunning gardens that have a regal feel to it.
The shoot planned was going to have two totally different looks; the Princess bride meets Woodland Nymph who run away to be married. I had envisioned the woodland nymph to have long bright copper hair, inspired by nature, being wild and free…
Jules Champion our florist made some fab headwear. We wanted to show a different take on the flower crown, which a lot of woodland brides wear and create something unique using natural items that you would find in the woods. We used lots of moss & bouquets that are very natural, some vintage pieces and the odd animal skull. Imagining them celebrating with simple good food, cheese, wine and fruit. Going back to basics enjoying the simple things in life, love …
