Tell us a bit about your Sprigs & Stems…
Sprigs & Stems is a new business based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. It was started up by Sarah Haefeli after working for a top London florist for 4 years, decided to take the leap and set up her own baby/ company!
What made you start up the business…
From a little girl I have always loved being creative and playing with flowers, often being told off for picking flowers from my mums garden or attempting to sell perfume to my neighbours made from their flowers! But never considered making it into a career until 5 years into my decided career working in Mental health was not making me happy; so thought why not follow my passion and become a florist.
I was lucky to get an amazing internship with a top London Florist, who not only encouraged my creativity but helped to hone my skills and experience. Meaning after 4 years …
