A quick introduction…
Hi, im Erica and Im the lady behind Mr & Mrs Unique. Ive been married to my lovely hubby for over 6 years now and have two kids, Marley & Indiana. They rock. Ive been running this MMU ship for over three years now, and its pretty much a dream job! I love what I do from blogging to creating photo shoots and I love the suppliers that are listed with us- they are all super amazing!

I started Mr & Mrs Unique foremost as a unique wedding directory to help couples like yourself find wedding services that can make your your day really stand out. From bespoke stationery, street food, cakes with the WOW factor, wedding venues from fields to private houses… we have it all!

Blog…
2014 brought us the Mr & Mrs Unique Wedding Blog that runs alongside our directory. Filled with wedding inspiration, photo shoots, meet the supplier blog posts, real weddings, DIY projects… there is tons to keep you inspired and build up ideas for you wedding day.
We update the blog a minimum of 5 times a week, mainly Tuesday to Friday and then a round up of the week on Sunday. This year we are hoping to bring you more posts, so best subscribe to our RSS feed to not miss out on a thing- you can do that here.
You can also be kept update with our posts and news via our Facebook, twitter, G+Mail and instagram accounts. I always love to hear your feedback and comments so feel free to leave them, I always tried to answer them when possible.
Magazine…
We also launched our bi-annual online wedding magazine in 2014 and we are currently working on SS15 for you as we speak. Full of unique couples, stories and photo shoots from our suppliers, it give a real in-depth idea of what we do here at Mr & Mrs Unique and the calibre of supplier we have on board!

So the first thing to do is dont panic…
Easier said than done right?! Your bursting with excitement with the year ahead, finding suppliers, booking venues, finding THAT dress… But the first thing you and your partner should do is sit down and work out what kind of budget you have to work with. Once you’ve established that, everything can fall into place.
Don’t feel you have to stretch yourself too much, you can build a wedding and for it to be amazing on a really small budget. Remember the day is about you, needs to represent you and mostly importantly- the reason people go to your wedding is to see two people in love making a commitment to each other. Whether its small details you add to make your day unique, or full on wedding extravaganza, everyone will still love your day no matter what!
