2014!!! What a Year…
Wow so 2014 is nearly coming to an end- where the hell did it disappear too!
But Im not complaining as its been a ace year, both personally and with Mr & Mrs Unique. I finally found my feet again after having my little girl Marley and its been amazing seeing my two kids grow up, play together and become a pretty cool little duo!
Mr & Mrs Unique has also grown from strength to strength… In February I launched our blog, April brought our new online magazine and in October we were Highly Commended by Wedding Blog Awards for Best Alternative Wedding Blog… not bad for 12 months hard graft!
So, feeling reflective I decided I would round up my highlights of 2014… A few of my favourite guest posts, weddings, photo shoots, events and creative projects.
We also had loads of new amazing suppliers to join our team in 2014. A massive thank you to all the suppliers that make Mr & Mrs Unique what it is, to everyone that has contributed no matter how big or small- you know i LOVE you guys!
Also a massive thank you to all of our followers, readers, couples in love that use Mr & Mrs Unique for wedding inspiration. I pretty much have the coolest job in the world!!

Our Hove Beach Hut Photo Shoot with Binky Nixon Photography and our Doily Days competition winners was featured Love My Dress Blog
We launched our video promo that we had worked on with Skinny Boy Weddings.
We also worked on a photo shoot with Fleur De Lace and Sharon Cooper Photography, looking at new ideas for table styling.

We launched Mr & Mrs Unique Wedding Blog- a blog dedicated to giving our readers fun, unique and inspirational ideas for their wedding. A place we could focus on our fab Mr & Mrs Unique Suppliers and the service they offer.

Last summer we ran a competition inside the amazing Doily Days Loves Weddings Magazine, for one lucky couple to WIN a styled shoot on the Hove coastline in a beach hut run by Vintage-Events. It was an amazing day with the couple Lucy & Rob. We got together with Heather from Brighton Photo to work on our first big photo shoot of the year, a Baroque styled bridal shoot at The Asylum in London. With a Baroque mood board, amazing suppliers and the most awesome location , its was a great day! We visited Lodge Farm BnB in Lilley Bottom, Kings Warden in Hertfordshire for a mini bridal shoot using lots of Hertfordshire suppliers including photographer Binky Nixon Photography, Funky Monkey Tents, Nevie-Pie Cakes, White Button Wedding and Hair & Make up by Dollie Mixtures.
