What’s not to love about todays real wedding of Emma & Peter, held at The Meynell Langley, in Derby; captured by the lovely Lisa Jane Photography (Rangefinder’s 30 Rising Stars of 2015 no less!)
I adore Emma & Peter’s personalised wedding day which they shared with their friends, family and favourite fur babies (dogs Hiro and Miso). The day was a relaxed affair with a cool marquee, pizza + ice cream for tea, a book cake and some awesome stationery from Mr & Mrs Unique suppliers Emmy Designs…

Why you love this wedding…
I loved that they took all the normal wedding traditions but made them their own. It was completely personal. From the couple making sure their dogs could be present for the ceremony to their book inspired wedding cake. There was an element of the couple’s personality in every part of the day.
What were the couple’s requirements…
The couple wanted something relaxed and had both mentioned they were not keen on having their photos taken. More than anything Emma & Peter wanted a photographer who would fit in on the day and document the story. After our initial conversation, we realised we had very similar taste in music, film and books and I knew we would get
