Colour-Pop, Kitsch Christmas Bride!

What a festive treat we have for you today!

This colour pop, kitsch Christmas bridal shoot was styled by Kate Beavis from The National Vintage Wedding Fair and has some great vintage bridal and home inspiration for you.

The team behind the National Vintage Wedding Fair have styled a Christmas wedding shoot, featuring 1960s vintage column dresses, lots of colour and decorations and of course oodles of confetti everywhere!

How about carrying a vintage bauble bouquet? And styling the tables and yourself with pompoms! Maybe a cake covered in sugar baubles in candy pinks to match your kitsch Christmas tree? Whatever your style, you’ll agree that this wedding is colourful and festive – and so much more fun than a traditional deep red, winter wedding!

Any styling tips…

I really wanted to create a Christmas wedding shoot, as so often winter weddings are all deep red in colour with princess like dresses; so, I wanted mine to be bright and fun as Christmas should be. I love the 1960s and have previously styled a wedding shoot using original mini dresses so this time I wanted to focus on the style of dresses that most brides wore at the time –
