Last year I had a fantastic engagement shoot with Laura and Michael in and around the streets of Shoreditch. Both bride- and groom-to-be are East Londoners born and bred and wanted to keep it local for their shoot. And so we set off for a wander through the streets of uber-cool East London to make some photographs together.
Some people are a little unsure about a pre-wedding shoot, but I really believe it’s something every couple should consider, for several reasons:
1. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other…
Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life; you don’t want to spend the majority of it being followed around and photographed by a stranger. It’s important for me to get to know all my couples properly before the wedding, so that when the day comes, it’ll feel like having an extra friend by your side.
