Family-run catering company LucaBuca Pizza offers fresh, wood-fired pizzas straight from the oven, all cooked and served from a repurposed red horse box.
Anna, who runs the company with husband Ty, told us: ‘Street food is undoubtedly a more economical way of feeding your guests, whilst ensuring that you have really great, high quality food. The resources required are often a lot less than those that traditional caterers need, so a lot more of the client’s money can go into amazing produce.
