Cake Heaven…
We love a good cake here at MMU so today we’re talking about some unique and alternative wedding cake ideas.
Long gone are the days of traditional, tiered fruitcakes, where the cake was simply there to be cut and eaten. Cakes have now become a primary element of wedding themes, with couples opting for brighter colours, amazing flavour combinations, personalised cake toppers, sweets, and real flowers. With this in mind we wanted to show you some inspirational cakes that have been featured on some of the weddings we’ve shared… Enjoy!

Why not ditch the singular wedding cake altogether and go for a tower of macaroons, cupcakes, doughnuts, brownies, mini desserts…the options are endless! A dessert tower also serves as a great ‘grab and go’ opportunity to keep everyone topped up for a night of partying!
