Today we welcome the very lovely Debbie from Minkiemoo Bakery to the Mr & Mrs Unique Directory. I first met Debbie at our last Tie The Knot Carnival in May and instantly loved her cakes. Bold, bright and quirky with a retro twist, her buttercream cakes certainly stand out, plus they taste amazing!

Tell us a bit about your business…

We produce Quirky and some would say Kitsch (that’s our seaside upbringing coming through) Gourmet Buttercream Wedding Cakes. But we also produce brownies, handmade vegetarian marshmallows, cupcakes, iced biscuits and lots of other scrummy sweet things.

Some are available in Gluten Free and Vegan options too. We use the finest quality ingredients, always free range eggs (usually laid by our local hens: Kylie, Witney, Cilla, Alice [Cooper] and Beyonce), as much organic produce as possible and bake in small batches to order from our riverside country cottage kitchen – you can even find us at our local Farmer’s Market too.
