Wedding Biscuits & Hen Party Events…
Last week Mr & Mrs Unique had the pleasure of attending the Biscuiteers Wedding Evening; a fun filled, hands on edible experience!
Based in the heart of Battersea this gorgeous boutique opened their doors for a sneaky peak at the wide range of wedding services available including edible favours, bespoke cakes and hen parties.
Launched in 2007 by husband and wife team Harriet Hastings and Stevie Congdon, the pair created an online company releasing seasonal collections incorporating fresh ideas with each new range.
Having a mission statement of ‘why send flowers when you can send biscuits instead?’ it’s no wonder the company hit the ground running; opening a bakery in November 2007, A Biscuit Boutique & Icing Cafe in October 2012 and more recently the Battersea Icing Cafe.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Caroline who was so determined on becoming a ‘Biscuiteer’ she made a box of homemade iced biscuits and sent them in with her CV! Safe to say she got the job and was more than happy to talk us through the many services available.
